1. Are your products Vegan & Cruelty Free?
Yes all of our individual ingredients are 100% natural, ethically and sustainably sourced for our products and are not tested on animals. All of our finished products are suitable for vegans as they contain no animal products and they also, are not tested on animals.
2. Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Nutura products contain essential oils, Nutura Light Balme for Sensitive skin is our most gentle formula, however please always patch test before use and check for any known allergens and always refer to our Ingredients & Cautions page for full details.
3. Are your products hypoallergenic / contain allergens.

4. Are your products suitable for use on Eczema, Psoriasis or other skin conditions?
Our clients have reported that Nutura products have helped to soothe, condition and moisturise dry and problematic skin. They have experienced reduced redness, itchiness and dryness resulting in the skin being able to restore the natural growth cycle of new skin cells - Our ingredients have been selected to support this and protecting, nourishing, hydrating, moisturising, conditioning, calming and soothing dry or problematic skin.
5. What if I have a reaction?
If you have a mild allergic reaction to a skincare product - rinse the area immediately with clean, cold water. Apply a cold compress to the area to relieve heat and any itching, and seize use of the product immediately. If symptoms (redness, hives, swelling, itchiness etc.) persist contact your GP. If you have a severe allergic reaction cleanse the area of all product as stated above and seek medical advice.
To avoid allergic reactions always patch text any new products, check Ingredients & Cautions list before applying the product, and consult your GP before use if you have any skin qualms.
6. Is your packaging recyclable?
Our tins, boxes and glass jars are all recyclable. The wooden effect lids to our glass jars are not 100% recyclable yet so you can either return these to us or wash, reuse and re-purpose your jar and lid for other product storage solutions. The small plastic spatulas are re-useable but not yet recyclable - we are working on this for future packaging solutions.
